Carlos Bermudez

40+ years ago, as A State Farm Agent, Carlos Bermudez (me) wrote the FIRST HOA (Home Owners Association) in northern California: 244 units, my experience and my professionalism is at your service.

Not being from, nor attending school in the bay area, I have built my Agency, in the Fin. District of San Francisco. In developing our Agency we provide personal lines insurance: homeowners, auto, life insurance, renters, jewelry/personal articles, condo and umbrella insurance. Added to that, we also offer commercial insurance for businesses, (office packages) small business owners, grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, beautician/barber, photographer, apartment building, commercial umbrellas and workers compensation. We also offer professional liability policies for dentist, architects, engineers, veterinarians and consultants.

State Farm has recognized me, and awarded me many awards of recognition for my achievements, including (numerous) Ambassador Travel and the highest achievement (20 years of profitable production): Crystal Excellence.

Our office is located in the SOMA (south of market) area at Mission and Spear St. Our service is outstanding, look us up in Yelp, with over 40 years-experience…when experience counts!

My children (2) graduated from S.I., where I am a lifetime member of the Father’s Club. Both also attended and graduated from UCSB and Gonzaga. A member of the O Health Club 40+ years.
